How do I use Club HH in the app?

I have joined Club HH, but I do not have a Hello Harry app account yet

Download our app from The App Store or Google Play, or visit helloharry.bopple.app
Hit ‘Sign up’ and create an account using the email you used to join Club HH
Verify your email once you complete sign up (you’ll be prompted to do so)
Once verified, if you used the same email as your Club HH membership, it will be linked with your app account so you can access your points and rewards online
Go to ‘My Rewards’ in the the side menu of the app
Here you can see your Club HH points balance and the rewards you have earned

I have a Hello Harry app account, but I have not joined Club HH yet

Good news! Next time you sign in to the app you’ll be added to Club HH automatically
Once you’ve logged in, go to ‘My Rewards’ in the side menu of the app
Here you can see your Club HH profile including your points balance and rewards
You’ll be awarded bonus points for becoming a member of Club HH
Hit the ‘Complete profile’ button and fill in the missing info to earn more bonus points

I’m new! I have not joined Club HH and I do not have a Hello Harry app account, what do I do?

Click the link in the email you receive to verify your account
Go to ‘My Rewards’ in the side menu of the app
Here you can see your Club HH profile including your points balance and rewards
You’ll be awarded bonus points for becoming a member of Club HH
Hit the ‘Complete profile’ button and fill in the missing info to earn more bonus points

Can I still earn Club HH points and redeem rewards if I order in store?

Yes, absolutely! The new apps just mean that you can now do it all in the app as well.

My password reset email doesn’t have a button or link to reset. Help!

It’s likely that you created your account using “Sign-in with Apple” or “Sign-in with Google”, which means there is no password to be reset. Unfortunately, these sign-in methods are no longer supported, so you’ll just need to create a new account using an email address and password.

The app keeps saying my email is already in use. Help!

The Hello Harry app is powered by Bopple. If you see this message when trying to create an app account, it means you’ve previously created an account in the Hello Harry app, or another ordering app powered by Bopple. Simply use the login option instead. If you need to reset your password, you can do that on the login screen.

Can you merge my Club HH and app accounts if I used different emails on each?

Unfortunately we can’t combine accounts like this. You’ll just need to create a new app account using the same email address that you used when you joined Club HH.

Why aren’t my Club HH points showing up in the Hello Harry app?

If your app account uses a different email than the one you used when to join Club HH, you won’t be able to access your points in the app. You can create a new app account using the same email address on your Club HH profile, and your loyalty points will come through to the app (once you’ve verified your email as part of the app signup process).

Do I have to use the Hello Harry app to take part in Club HH?

The app is the best way to quickly and easily view your loyalty points and see what rewards you have available, as well as being able to easily order all your HH favourites. If you’d rather not use the app, you can still join Club HH on our website.
